I just succumbed to these shoes: http://couture.zappos.com/product/7540551/color/225802
I've never spent this much for shoes in my whole entire life, but I've been eyeing the blasted things for at least 2 years. In fact, I think you may have even sent me a link to them a long time ago.
Tell me these will last forever?
Re: *puppy*
Drat! Sorry to be a tease, there.
Here they are.
my bookshelf!
Bloggy
Love love love love love them - you will be glad you bought them, I hope they fit.
Ginger - Kate wears LK Bennett shoes - you can get them at the Bloomingdales Outlet in Dallas.
I believe Bloomies is the only big store that sells them in the United States.
Hmmmmmm.....Lady, I think they are too small. What I would do, is head to the Saks Outlet or Balliets and try on a pair of closed toed KS pumps in a larger size to see how those feel. If they are too big, then keep these, they will stretch a little bit. If the next size up is just right, then you could potentially keep these but have them professionally stretched. It just depends on how much pain you are willing to go through....
Gosh, I am trying to think...it seems like I have seen those nude platforms somewhere else..where was it??? Lemme look around...

Since Zappos has free, fast shipping, I would probably order this pair in a larger size and see how they feel. I know they are more expensive than the pair you originally ordered, but my fear is that you won't wear that pair because they are uncomfortable. At least this way, you can figure out which size you need. And it is possible KS aren't for you. KS is hands down the best shoe for my feet which is why I love them so much but that doesn't mean they will work for you, obviously! I also tend to avoid shoes that are pumps like that. I just don't find them comfortable. If the heel is covered, I try to do open toe or if the toe is closed, I go for a slingback. My poor ole feet just don't do well in a regular ole pump and that may be the case for you as well, who knows?
