Kettlebells

Can anyone recommend a good kettlebell workout?  I've mostly been browsing the DVDs on amazon but the reviews tend to be so varied.  I haven't used them before, so I'm not sure how heavy I should start or how many of them I will need.  Any input is greatly appreciated!

I've been using a 4 lb bell lately and following the workouts on www.fitnessmagazine.com.  I like them because they can be completed in 15-20 minutes.  I generally do 2 back to back and then do a stretching routine 3x a week.  I guess it's been working because I've been getting a lot of people telling me it's looking like I've lost weight.

  • "The Kettlebell Way to the Perfect Body" or "Art of Strength:Providence".  They are the same routine, but the first one has a tutorial on correct form.

I use an eighteen and nine pound KB to do this DVD.  There are some rounds where eighteen is just too much (overhead windmill and tactical lunges, for example).
