Saturday is H's family's annual lake house party. I can't wait! It's always one of my favorite days of the Summer!

What is 1 thing you are looking forward to this week? This week is the biggest fundraiser for our church.. the Fiesta. Our church is located in a predominately Hispanic community, hence the name! It's a carnival with street vendors selling homemade Mexican food, salsa dancing, and beer! It's always a good time! They block off several streets throughout a neighborhood and everything gathers and hangs out!

Greek yogurt (0% Fage) with homemade granola fresh strawberries and chopped dried apricots & dates and coffee... always coffee in the morning

FRIDAY.... lol... i'm in a "i really hate my job" phase so the work weeks are beginning to stress me out MAJORLY....

-Woke up at 5.. don't have to be up till 7.... dozed off an on from 5-7... blah!

A super yummy "breakfast muffin"... found the recipie on pintrest... take pilsbury biscuits.. fill them with cheese, scrambled egg and bacon, bake them for about 10 minutes.. then they're good to keep in the fridge/freezer and pop them in the microwave. H and I love them... just need the weather to cool off so I can bake some more!
