How's everyone doing these days?
For me, Monday is my "reset" day so I've bought some great things to eat for breakfast/lunch while I'm at work.
My real struggle is dinner/snacks after dinner. I'm hoping to keep myself busy with other things (i.e. yard work, laundry etc.) so hopefully I won't snack as much.
I've found that I really need to start working out again. I'm feeling like now that I have the eating under control (sort of) I need to tone up a LOT. Everything I wear seems to make me look/feel pregnant and I'm really starting to feel like people are looking at me like "hmmm is she?" Ugh!!!

I've been okay.....
I'm usually really good during the week. Having to pack my lunch and making dinner at home helps to keep me in check. It's the weekend that are my problem! On Saturday we went to Olive Garden, which might not seem like a big deal, but we live in the land of no chain restaurants so eating at one requires an hour drive! I didn't do terribly but those breadsticks add up!!!
My other problem has been that this heat has been FORCING me to eat way too much ice cream! It's probably my own fault since last time I went grocery shopping I bought Ben & Jerry's instead of popsicles because B&J was on sale. I tried to convince myself that Cherry Garcia counted as a fruit, since it contains real cherry pieces, but the concept hasn't really taken hold yet.
this week (read: today) i'm actually doing well. i got up early to spend some time with jillian michaels, had a decent breakfast and lunch (which i have enough to pack for the rest of the week) and tonight i'm planning baked chicken.
my big problem has been going out to eat, it's SO EASY to do here, and the more i go out, the lazier i get, which means more going out hahaha it's a vicious cycle.

I fell off the wagon big time in the last week and this weekend was no better. I haven't kept track of points in almost two weeks, it's time to get back on the wagon.
I do the marketing on Wed nights so I have to draw up a good list and start fresh. Dang holiday with brownies and ice cream and all sorts of junk food that is so tasty.
I've been awful this last little while. My DD has strep so she hasn't been too hungry and we've been snacking more than making meals.
My snacks haven't been the best choices and my workouts have basically been eliminated between a sick toddler and a crazy school schedule this week.
We go for a mini honeymoon next week so I doubt I will get any better then either. Hopefully after that I can get my bum in gear again!

I am actually finally getting my act together since the wedding... It's only Tuesday and I made it to the gym yesterday at lunchtime (running on the treadmill and weight lifting - 1 hour in total) and then today managed to force myself to get out of bed for spinning class at 7am.
Food has also been ok (but not great). Trying to eat more salads/wraps at lunch and trying to watch the carbs at home in the evening and also to cut back on sugar since that is a sneaky one and does lots of damage. (Ice cream sandwich last night did not help... hmm. Will do better tonight!)
