How long did it take for you to get your appraisal back?
Because our broker ordered ours on June 29th and whoever is doing the appraisal has yet to contact the realtor who is handling the sale to set up the appointment. She actually emailed me on Saturday to say that no one has contacted her, so I emailed the broker to make sure it was ordered and he said it was.....he contacted them to see what the holdup was and they told him that they left several messages for the agent to set something up and she never got back to them. I honestly do not think this is the case because she has been very on top of everything and always responds right away whenever we've contacted her for something. I also don't think she would be emailing me saying no one has contacted her if that was not the case. Hopefully someone contacts her soon, but it's frustrating - especially considering we already paid for the appraisal....
Yea, I did - I even sent our broker her number twice, but have no idea what the holdup is. The broker said they tried contacting the realtor several times, but she said no one has contacted her. I am sure she is not lying either because she reached out to us over the weekend to ask about the appraisal....and then when I told her what the broker told me, she said she's gotten no messages or phone calls...
So annoying....pfffttttt
