Trip to Antigua

We're thinking about an anniversary trip to Antigua next year. Any recommendations on resorts to stay at and things to do?

We stayed at Sandals and it was nice. We had a butler which was the best thing, he saved our chairs and made reservations at the restaurants. It was absolutely stress free. There was a nice mix of people and something to do for people of all ages.
However, I did see a very nice resort during a Sunset Cruise, an extra you can buy from Sandals, that was excellent, it was called The Hermitage. It was very exclusive and not many people staying there. This would be a more relaxing, romantic resort.
Antigua was beautiful. Enjoy!
