Hi ladies! How are we all doing?

I'm feeling meloncholy today. I weighed myself and I lost 2lbs. Which isn't huge, but I've also eaten two pints of ice cream in the last week and have been generally bad thanks to Aunt Flo. And since they say the slower you lose it, the easier it is to keep it off, I guess I'm alright with it.

  • i've been relatively good lately.  i've been doing 30 day shred every morning before work this week.  yesterday i made baked chicken that was crusted with almonds, rolled oats and flax seeds that i processed in the food processor.  it was actually really good.  i marinated the chicken in some lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil before "breading" and baking.  then i had a salad with that.

    i made peach cobbler for DH this past weekend so of course i've got to finish it... and what's cobbler without a little ice cream on top?  *le sigh*  i guess i could be doing a lot worse though.

  • I actually stayed on track today!   Egg whites with veggies for breakfast.  Greek yogurt and a banana for lunch.  We just had supper, grilled tilapia, quinoa  and steamed broccoli.  Now to avoid the night time urge to snack......

  • I'm feeling kind of lumpy honestly. I know I gained weight from the honeymoon but I've been eating healthy and my weight is where it was around the time of my bridal shower. But today I tried on my shower dress because I wanted to wear it and it's all kind of snug around my waste in a way that it wasn't then. I"m kind of bummed. But I"m going to start Barre Method again tonight, I guess I just need to kick my butt more.
