Beachbody.com and Insanity ??s
Anyone know why signing up for the free membership requires a credit card? They won't let you in unless you enter one. I'm skeptical. Anyone a member?
Re: Insanity, I decided to just jump in today and started Plyo/Cardio. Half way thru I ran out of energy and was just doing my own modified aka super slow version of the moves. Does this get easier? It's hard to imagine I'll ever get to do as much as the people in the video do. I have done P90X but this is so much more demand imo. It really is insanity!
Re: Beachbody.com and Insanity ??s
This. I didn't need to enter my CC, and I have a free account.
Well I knew that so I didn't give it out. But I'd just figured it out this morning! Weird. Thanks anyway.
Not necessarily easier, but your body can do more and more as time goes on. I did P90X first too and I found when I started I was doing like 2 of the 25 reps - then week by week I gradually was able to do more and more. Same goes with Insanity - write down your fit test results and you'll see you start doing more. With P90X, still by the end there were some that I couldn't keep up on but still do what you can - anything is better than nothing! GL.
That's true. P90X got easier only because I was getting stronger. I guess Insanity will somehow get easier too
