How did you do this week?
Not too bad, I lost another .2 (still up a total of .4). I have found some motivation and I have kept up with tracking my food all week.
What is your goal for next week? I'd like to lose at least 1lb by my wiegh in on Wednesday, I feel lame only losing .2 at a time when I know I can do better!
What is your favorite activity to do in the summer?I love to be out and about during the summer months. There's so much to do that costs so little. I keep telling DH we need to start going places and checking out California (even though we've lived here all our lives). Hopefully we can get started on that soon.
How did you do this week?
Terrible. With out of town job interviews, I ate fast food way too much. (3x's) I should have made smart choices but I didn't. I also did not work out at all because I was too busy with the interviews and such.
What is your goal for next week?
I hope to get on a regular schedule with my new summer job and hopefully I won't have any interviews (just an offer!). I need to eat better and also I need to go to the gym at least 3-4x's.
What is your favorite activity to do in the summer?
Swim! I love swimming in the pool. I do laps with my kickboard but just recently I just started doing freestyle laps!
Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
