David's Bridal Wedding Dress #P9345, size 10. $40 plus shipping.
This dress is made from a ivory taffeta fabric. Allover draped taffeta trumpet with button back. It is fully lined with a bit of a starched tulle crinoline to help hold the trumpet/mermaid shape. The fabric is sewn in a 'drape' formation all over this strapless dress. Other then the artful fabric formation (and the buttons), this dress has no decorations. The back is zipped under a row of decorative fabric buttons. This dress looks gorgeous with a splash of color at the waist; try it with a sash or ribbon.
This dress has been worn once in a Trash the Dress photoshoot and does show sign of wear. It has an approximately 4" rip on back of dress (around the butt area) that has been hand sewn shut and is not immediately obvious as it's hidden in the ruching (shown in second photo). There is also some dirt marks around the hems. However, it is a gorgeous and incredibly flattering dress and is perfect for another Trash the Dress photo shoot if you're too afraid to use a "real" wedding dress!
