Hi! My husband and I are about to visit the wine country in California for our first getaway from our little guy. We are staying on the coast about an hour 1/2 from Sonoma, but our flight lands on a Sunday in San Francisco. We are thinking about spending just a few hours there before making the drive to our hotel. We only have a limited amount of time, so can anyone suggest a "must see" place or a unique restaurant indigenous to the area? We are not into super tourist-y places...Any advice would be greatly appreciated...thanks!
Re: San Francisco...
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.
