  Azul 17 is a little more "upscale" but I think its OK for kids.  Its nice, but its not so nice that kids would be out of place, but its not like say Red Robin or Ruby Tuesday, etc. where kids are everywhere, kwim?  If you have mostly adults and a few different aged kids, I think it'll be fine.

  Thanks.  My family wants to take me somewhere "nicer" but at the same time, my sister's whole family is incredibly picky.   The more I think about it, the more I think this place might be better for date night with DH.

  yeah - you might be right.

  I like Holihans' as a nice chain that's good with kids, but still feels like a nice dinner w/ lots of options.

  Turning from Broken Land, its before Wegmans.  Its in one of those weird shopping centers by the Lincoln Tech (but on the other side).

  Maybe I'm the only one but I wasn't super impressed by Azul 17.  It was all right, but not place that I'll be going back to probably.

  Azul 17 is better for a date night or night out with the girls.. they have traditional dishes (a mole sauce that will make you lick the plate)- but not the same menu as Pachanga..

  We also love MiCasa @ St. Johns Lane and Rt. 40- behind Qdoba shopping center.. GREAT family atmosphere!!
