Baby crib?

What would you use to clean a brand new, wooden crib?

Re: Baby crib?

  • A damp cloth.

If it needed a cleaner I would probably use some baby wash or a mild dish detergent.

  • I would use a damp rag. Then if the baby licks it or anything of the such he/she doesn't get sick.

  • I agree w/PP.  Right now we are just using a dry cloth to dust ours, but if needed a cloth dampened with water would be good.  Some babies teethe on their cribs, so I would avoid any chemicals on places they could bite/lick/suck.

  • I would use plain old white vinegar. It's one of the best disinfectants around and by far the cheapest. I'm noticing more and more restaurants are using it to clean their tables. So simple but so effective!
