wedding album
I just finished designing the wedding album of our favorite pictures .YAY
Re: wedding album
Yay congrats! I read this thing that said that you shouldn't start wedding projects (albums, scrapbooking, etc) until half the time that it took you to plan. Example: it took me 18 months to plan, so I should wait 9 months before diving in again. I'm definitely going to ignore this rule, as I think most brides do.
I'm just waiting for my pro pics back now to get started!!
My Blog
That's pretty interesting. I've never heard that. But, I definitely am not waiting 6.5 months to start any other projects. By then it will be too late to do my flower preservation beads and ornaments.
I am probably going to do photobooks on Shutterfly for now and order prints from the photog instead of buying a $2k+ book. Just can't afford it.
First Look
I am still waiting for prints from my photographer. I believe she was suppose to put some into a photo album for me along with all the pics she took and a slide show with music. Hope it turns out nicely. She also did a copyright release so I can take the cd anywhere and print out pics I want.
It took me 18 months to plan. 9 months after the wedding it will be March or April which means I may be going through midterms or finals by then. I am trying to take a bit of a break from planning anything. I still need to complete my thank you cards and am considering hosting a post wedding party at my house for friends that were not able to attend and also those that did. I will probably wait till I get my video footage back. I suppose I may do scrapbooks after the party.
