Selling your house question....
After both seller/buyer sign the sales contract it goes for attorney review. Is the attorney review typically completed prior to the home inspection? Or does the attorney review continue until all inspections/negotiations for items that come up is completed?

This may be a NJ specific thing. I don't remember an attorney being involved until our closing.
Ah! That makes sense, apparently that process is different in every state.The review processed explained by the relocation company (located in Boston) was different than I experienced when we purchased our house and I was just confused.
I hope we like Texas.... Selling real estate sucks, and our process has been relatively smooth so far.
