Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Friends are having a baby today!!!
Our good friends, who also happen to be our neighbors, are having their baby girl today!!!
She was due July 7th, and since she hasn't had any contractions or anything, they're inducing her today. Since they will be away from home for at least today/tomorrow, we're in charge of their little puppy (who I adore.)
Ahh I'm just so excited for them! I'm thinking though....this might lead to a little bit (ok, a lot) of baby fever for me, and possible H too!

Aw yay! I know a few people that have had babies.. and it's definitely increased my baby fever... though at the same time.. i'm perfectly content spoiling their kids.. and going home and sleeping at night right now lol

Honestly, when my girlfriends have babies- it kind of gives me a "fix" and I'm good for a while... does that sound stupid? haha, we're not quite ready yet!
I totally agree with this....after we moved away from all my friends (most have small children now) every time I do see them I come home and talk about babies and wanting babies....H just says "we need to make friends in our neighborhood with babies, because you need your fix".
Now I am nannying, so I'll be good for a while!
