Well, H is out OOT tonight, and I'm OOT Tues-Wed, so I haven't really planned, but tonight I made myself a tasty pasta:
Bowtie pasta with Philly Pesto Cooking Creme, cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions and grilled chicken
Totally impromptu and totally tasty!
my bookshelf!
Bloggy
I have nothing planned. I thawed out some steaks from one of our calves, so I think I will make those with...I am not sure what. I made some noodles last week so we will probably have chicken and noodles at some point in the week.
Dirty rice with hb meat maybe tonights meal. I am sure I will throw some chicken in the crock pot one day with come cream of something soup to eat with rice, burritos maybe in there too and one night will probably be a free from cooking night so we will have either pizza rolls or corn dogs (white trash, I know-go ahead and judge) and Friday night we will most likly go out to eat.
Simple stuff here. We're still getting organized and unpacking, which takes a million times longer with a 3 month old.
Tues and Wed: salads with rotisserie chicken
Thurs and Fri: black bean quesadillas
Sat: bbq chicken and assorted sides
