Teen Mom: 7/17 Spoilers
Wow...I cannot believe how crazy Ryan is as he does not want to allow Bentley to go to preschool. His girlfriend is strange as well. She was just laughing about the whole thing. I don't really like her but I guess they compliment each other. Both seem very immature...I hope he grows up and lets Bentley go to preschool. He should want to put his son first before himself.
I wonder what the issue is with Farrah's mom? I wonder why both her daughters seem to hate her. I know that Ashley called her satanic or something like that. Does she believe in a certain religion? Their whole relationship seems very broken. I know the mom has issues but Farrah has some as well. I think the family needs serious counseling.
Amber still has a lot of personal drama to deal with. I wonder what happened with her dad. she seems very bitter and angry. I know she is in jail now but I hope she can get some counseling.
Catelynn and Tyler should not have to deal with his dad and his parole issues. It is good that he does not have to live with them or rather ordered that he cannot. Hopefully Tyler's dad can get his act together and be a part of his son's life.

I have no idea why Ryan would not want his son to go to preschool. It makes me sad that DS starts this fall, but he will have fun!

Ryan doesn't want Bentley to go to school because it's Maci's idea and he doesn't want Bentley to turn out to be smarter than he is. I would think it would be difficult for him to get a girlfriend based on how he's treated Maci from the very beginning, but his new girlfriend doesn't seem like she was the smartest in the class. I know I wouldn't want to be with someone like him!
Farrah and her sister may not like their mom for whatever reasons but you still shouldn't disrespect your mother. The amount of disrespect even when the mom is giving her a compliment is irritating. I'm quite sure Farrah's mom and stepfather are helping her with her finances as well because they care for Sophia so much. Farrah doesn't make that much on her job and while MTV may pay them a little penny, it's not that much that she can afford that apartment and car, take a weekend trip to Iowa or Omaha (wherever she's from), make payments on her loan for her breasts, childcare, and etc. I'm quite sure Farrah's mom took a hit in collecting rent money from a real tenant when she was living in her home across the street, which is now so beneath Farrah because she's living in such a nice apartment in Florida. Farrah's main concern is how she can look appealing to a guy and maintain a dating lifestyle while having a child instead of her child's interests coming first. I'm interested in seeing Farrah juggle being a mother of a child and dog, a college student, and having a life as she puts it, but it seems to me that her plan is for the babysitter to raise little Sophia.
Amber is a sad case. I always believe that a child should have 2 parents and definitely their mother but this is a different case. Their little girl is adorable and needs to stay far away from Amber in order to have a decent childhood. Amber has too many issues and says she wants to work on them but doesn't really mean it.
Catelynn and Tyler are the most mature of them all. They were able to realize that their living situations weren't the best to take care of a child and made the mature decision to give their child the best home possible. There should never be a time when the child has to parent the adult.

My DVR hasn't been recording any MTV shows because they all say repeat. Go through & check each show. They are all new! I don't understand why that's happening.
I HATE Farrah...Her mom may have been mean in the past or when they are not taping but if I ever spoke to my parents that way, I would have no teeth! Her mom just seems to really miss Sophia & wants some time with her where Farrah isn't eye rolling & huffing and puffing at everything they say! What's her excuse for speaking to "Michael" with such disrespect?! It is horrible. I think she should be removed from the show. Along with Amber. They are both poor examples for the younger generation!
I think SO much of that dinner drama was staged and scripted.
I also think Maci is a piss poor example as well. "I cannot focus on skuul" well you have free childcare whenever you want, you have no job, you do NOTHING but sit around all day. She's so smart and she's just throwing it all away. What is she going to do with herself when Bentley starts school and is really gone for 6 or 7 hours a day?
I lost my mom a few years back totally unexpectedly. It makes me so angry to hear anyone be so disrespectful to their loved one. I just felt sick to my stomach when the mom was left there at the table all alone. Maybe she didn't do the best parenting Farrah & her snotty sister but perhaps she is trying to do things different as a grandmother. Sometimes I feel like Farrah is verbally abusive to both of her parents. I can not stand her......she comes off as an ungrateful b*tch that thinks she is all that.
Maci is a great mom but she should tone it down on being so needy with Kyle as she was with Ryan. I was cringing when she was asking him about marriage a few episodes ago.
Amber is straight up psycho & it makes me very sad her daughter will be able to see all of this. Especially the episode she was pounding on Gary's face. Same goes for Janell (sp?) from the other show. Boot them off, they don't deserve the fame, money, or RESPECT! Show some teen moms that have become successful to be a good role model for their child!
