How did your mom's knee surgery go? I hope it went well and I hope her recovery is speedy!

I heard from my brother last night. It only took them about an hour which is good. Last night she was out of the recovery room and was already hooked up to a machine working her knee. I know she was still kind of loopy from the meds so I'm waiting to call until I get off work today. My sister is driving to the hospital this afternoon to stay with her until they release her on Friday since my Dad has to go back to work tonight.
My mom tends to freak out about surgery, she's turning 50 in August and about a year ago one of her cousins died after surgery. I can't remember exactly what the surgery was but it was pretty routine and he was close to her age. I think it was a blood clot or an aneurism. So it's made her pretty paranoid. I'm just happy she's doing well.
