Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I GOT THE JOB!!!!
She said "We're really excited when we find somebody that we like..." *ego stroke* :-D
It's like 20 hours a week (perfect for my schedule), pays pretty poorly, but I don't really care... and HUGE resume builder.
I'm getting my Masters + Licensure in Middle childhood education and the position is a Day Care Teacher's Assistant for K through 5. Umm yes please! So excited!
I fill out paperwork on MONDAY!!!!

Yay!!! Congratulations! That's awesome!
Yes because most of my classes are at night. This is what actually made my schedule awkward though because the shifts are from 2-6 (cuz I'm basically working after school care) and my classes start at 6:15, so I need to leave a half hour early to make it on time (it's about a 35 min drive to school from work). I'm ok with it if my supervisor is ok with it, because I live in the BFE right now and it takes me a half hour to get anywhere, so I'm just used to putting miles on my car.
