Wedding Pictures

Please help me! So I need some opinions on the matter of wedding photography. I want to get some 8x10's developed and some 5x7's. Would it be worth the extra money to have my photographer print those individual pictures? Or should I just get them developed at Target or Walmart? Thanks for your feedback. Oh and I just saw that my photographer's offering 15% on all prints! What timing!

Re: Wedding Pictures

  • 15% off your photographer's price is probably still a rip-off.

I would order from here.  I have a few photographer friends that like this site.  They might be a touch more than Target or Walmart but their quality is really good.

  • Yup. Mpix is great quality. Get a luster finish and de-select any color correcting option, since your photographer already did that (hopefully).
  • DO NOT get them processed at target or Walmart.  They are not calibrated the same way your photographer's pro lab are and the quality is subpar.  Did you buy the rights to have your photos printed? If so, mpix does have good quality compared to Walmart.

  • Thanks everyone for your feedback. I'll check out the website that you suggested. I do have the rights to the photos so it shouldn't be to difficult.
