Need to cook for brother, help!
This weekend my wonderful little brother is not only letting my friend and I crash his apartment, but is always being our DD to and from the concert we are going to. He is alone in his apartment and I know he would love a home cooked meal that he could reheat throughout the week. The only specifications are that it cannot contain tomatoes (allergic). Any ideas?! TIA

Well I was thinking lasagna right away...and then I kept reading.
Haha
How about a veggie or chicken lasagna - use alreado sauce instead of tomato sauce? I don't have a recipe for that but I bet you could find one.
Bring a crockpot with (unless he has one) and make him a roast, mashed potatoes, & veggies. That should last him a few days.
Tater tot casserole? That should freeze easily too I would think.
Didn't realize how many of my recipes contain some sort of tomato prodcut.
I've had pretty good luck with this recipe.

Beer cheese soup! I don't have a recipe for this really, but it's velveeta cheese melted with milk and beer and then I add spicy sausage and rice. Adjust everything to taste (I always add more beer)
This potato soup is the bomb.

These blue cheese stuffed chickens are always a hit. Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad.
