What's everyone's weekend plans?
My week just seemed to DRAG on this week. It's crazy... so i'm happy it's Friday. Though hubby is working all weekend. Him and his buddy own their own construction company and they have about 2 months of work they need to get done before the end of August... they're crazy busy... and if the weather would have co operated in June they'd be in fine shape.. but it didn't so now they have to work weekends. I'm not sure what i'm going to do. I toyed with the idea of going to see my mom.. .2.5 hour drive.. but i'm not sure.. i keep complaining we have very little money so i'm not sure I can justify the gas expense... we'll see! If i don't do that.. i think i'll probably clean... woohoo and do some laundry and laze around and read... it's supposed to be hot again... unfortunately our yard isn't finished so i can't really hang out there.. but i do enjoy my books. Currently reading a sort of biography about Al Capone and how they caught him.

I'm off at noon today to take my kiddo to a water park about 45 minutes away from us, then tomorrow he's spending the afternoon/night with his grandma and going to a swim party...
Now, H and I are trying to decide what we want to do without the kiddo. H said the other night he doesn't feel "as fun as he used to be" (lol) so i told him there will be no excuses, we're doing something exciting!! i'm hoping i can talk him into a little bit of a drive so we can go to my fave steak house that we haven't gone to in a while... we'll see... I'm just glad the weekend is finally here!!!

I'm hoping to head to one of the local farmer's markets I've been trying to get to all summer. Then H's Aunt and Sister are coming up because H's Cousin's Fiance is in our area teaching at a golf camp, so I think we'll grab a bite to eat together.
Not sure what I'll do Sunday, H is working. We were away last weekend so I think I'll probably do some housework and maybe be a little lazy.
Still sick...so laying around so far...
H's birthfamily is coming to visit this weekend, so if weather cooperates (and I feel better) we are planning on taking the canoe and going up to the lake with them. Tomorrow morning we are also doing a friends family portraits in the morning. Should be fun!

i get off work at 3:30 today so i'm going to swing by the DMV and get my new license with my new name! yipee!!

Sunday, we're going to our friends' daughter's baptism and then looking for houses.
