Per DH's request, we're having meatballs and mashed potatoes (and squash and zucchini to have a vegetable in there).

Re: What's for dinner?
We're having a new recipe, so we'll see how it turns out. It's Fiesta Crockpot Chicken. It's very simple. You just throw the ingredients in the crockpot and when it's done put it in tortilla shells. It's making our place smell so yummy! Hopefully it's good! I'll let you know after tonight!
Here's the recipe:

One of my all-time favorite meals actually!
Fish sticks, macaroni & cheese and peas. Yes, I'm 5 but I love this meal.

I have no idea, but it'll either be plain pasta, rice, leftover tacos, or Mac and cheese. Because that's all that's in our apartment for dinner.
I can't wait until we have a house so that we don't have to try to not spend money and we can have real, grown-up food for our lunches and dinners. Tacos are a luxury in our apartment haha.
Not sure what we'll have tonight. DH won't get home until 8 tonight and we don't like to eat big meals that late usually.
Last night was a good dinner. I had fish and DH had some italian sausage. we had fried potatoes and corn. And I made a peach cobbler for DH since it had been a while since we've done desert! It was yummy!!
I'm roasting a whole chicken for dinner (and obviously for lots of leftovers!) - stuffing it with a whole head of garlic (cut in half), two lemons (quartered), and drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper. I may add some other herbs, not sure.
I'm thinking stuffed yellow squash to go along with it. I'm not sure exactly with what yet, but probably some tiny heirloom tomatoes (they need to be used before they go bad), baby bella mushrooms, aaaaaand, I'm not sure what else. I'll wing it with whatever is in the fridge!
Kelsey - I've never heard of having meatballs without pasta! Do you ever have them with pasta or always without?
I took out salmon this morning but I just discovered that it didn't thaw in the refrigerator. DH may be going back to the office (from a client) to study for the CPA exam section that he's taking on Saturday, so if he gets home too late I might just make macaroni & cheese (shapes!) for myself before then. Otherwise, salmon with carrots and possibly some rice.
