4 Months Left...
... and it's official -- we're starting our house search again!!! Only 4 more rent checks to write!!! woooo!!!! (also means no Christmas presents this year-- but the house is the best present ever!)
We found 4 homes that look really really promising -- out towards Hershey way (West Hanover Twp, the East end of Lower Paxton) that have some land to them and all have 3+ br's and garages, which were must-have requirements! lol
We're going to look next week with our realtor, and until then, I'm dying! I'm so anxious! We want to try and get an offer in by the end of January, beginning of February so we can settle the first week of April. That'll give us a month to paint, replace carpet, etc and move out of the apartment at a decent pace. 
So exciting!

Good luck with your house hunting! We just bought ours at the end of August, and the interest rates have dropped a whole point since then. I hope you find a great deal on the perfect house!

We're using realtor.com, trulia.com (really good for comparing schools and such in the area!), and prudential.com's homesearch that our realtor is setting up for us.
CutesBoots, thanks for offering to let me vent! I'm sure as we get closer and find a house we are ready to make an offer on, I'll take you up on that! lol I will check out the buying a home board tonight since DH is gone hunting til Thursday and I can nest my little heart out!
