My DSS is visiting Tues-Thurs and he's a super picky eater. So, we'll either eat out or I'll be making 11 year old boy food. I just got home from the grocery store and I'm embarrassed by my purchases!
Last night I made the crock pot chicken recipe I posted last Monday and it was delicious. Ella couldn't get enough.
I also made a yummy cucumber and tomato salad with veggies from my dad's garden. We'll have the rest tonight.
Tonight: Shaved beef sandwiches. They had the shaved beef at the store and I've never done this, but I think I can handle it!
Rest of the week:
Chicken nuggets, tater tots
Pasta with meat sauce (DSS will eat it with just butter and salt)
Burgers
Hamburger Helper type concotion
