Good morning!
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I'm here drinking coffee, trying to relax a bit before I head to Lansing. No more studying other than a quick review after settling into the hotel.
I can't believe it's here- and almost over. I want to thank you all for the encouragement, thoughts and prayers. I appreciate it so, so much!

DH bought me a motorcycle while I was in Honduras. It's super cute.
I had a great time there. Except now I have to write my report and also catch up on emails that accrued while I was out :-/

We just got back from a family reunion/graduation party trip. Our rental car had a screw in the tire, so we had to spend an extra hour exchanging it on Friday night. The hotel we stayed at Saturday night had a sofa bed for my sister, but it was totally broken & the bathroom floor had footprints showing in the sticky residue housekeeping left. I'm not a germophobe even in hotels, and that grossed me out. Thankfully I got discounts from both places and we were able to stay safe in the rental car until the exchage (oh the new car looked as if pop had exploded inside and it seemed like it took effort to get it as grungy as it was). Still, it was nearly a comedy of errors type of weekend.
Oh my, at least you can laugh about it now! I am seriously picky about that kind of stuff in the U.S.
I tried to make strawberry lemonade cupcakes on Saturday and it was a huge fail. I followed the recipe exactly, but the cupcakes were gooey and underdone even after over baking them. I still can't figure out what I did wrong. It was very strange. I was kind of upset because I spend like....$20 on all the stuff to make them and it was a huge flop. I guess I'll be buying cupcakes for babywop's birthday party!

Deeder - Sorry to hear that you guys are so backed up with work. All the person had to do was forward you an email - communitcation can't get much easier than that. Hope you are able to get caught up soon.
Wendy - Welcome back from your trip! How exciting to come home to a motorcycle!
Zebe - Sounds like you had quite the adventure!
TW - That's a real bummer that the cupcakes didn't turn out. I can/will experiment with cooking but I am not too good at baking as it seems to be more of an exact science. Boxed cake mixes and simple sugar cookie recipes it is for me.
Hannah just went down for her nap. I am hoping she will sleep for about 2-3 hours since she has been up since 6am and didn't sleep the greatest last night. Now I get to get a few things done and maybe even relax!
Today has been busy at work. It's a couple of days of pain in the butt things. Friday I found out that my test results from the capsule endoscopy came back normal. That's the third testing/procedure. I am done. I don't want to do anymore test or procedures - I'll just keep taking the iron pills.
Sunday I go to the laundry mat to do laundry (our building only has 1 washer and 1 dryer for 9-12 apartments so I go to laundrymat to get it done all at once). I go to leave later when I am done and vheicle won't start. Turns over, starts, then shuts down. Thank god neighbor was home so she came and took me home. Later Mike takes me to get vehicle and it starts up and runs.
Today I drive to work with no incident until co worker comes inside in the morning and says hey you left a line of water/coolant when you were backing up. ^(&(*@$%^@$^%$ So I call this one place and the owner comes out and looks at it and says he can't see where the leak is or whatever - says it may be a hose because the water pump and radiator seem fine. But he wants to look more into it and make sure everything else is ok. So I am going there after work to drop off vehicle and get a loaner they are providing me with.
So it's hasn't been a good day because of that and Mike and I are fighting so what a fing day, Blah. I just wanna go back home to bed,
