What are your plans for this (current) week?
What is your least favorite workout?
What is one fitness goal you have? It doesnt have to be all about losing weight either!

How did you do this (past) week? I was down 2.2lbs on Wednesday! I was super excited and think that may be the motivation I was needing
What are your plans for this (current) week? My focus is eating a little bit healthier (not going out for fast food lunches so much) and making sure I walk most of the week.
What is your least favorite workout? I have to go with running on this one. I really am not a fan of breathing really heavy. Maybe I just need to work on my breath control?
What is one fitness goal you have? It doesnt have to be all about losing weight either! I think I may sign up for a 5k walk/run by the end of the year. Its a great goal to work towards and I think it would just feel good!
How did you do this (past) week? Not good. I didn't go to the gym at all but I did try to eat healthier.
What are your plans for this (current) week? To go to the gym at least 3 days.
What is your least favorite workout? Running! I just can't do it.
What is one fitness goal you have? To slim down my inner thigs. I hate how they rub together when I walk.
