So, what's for dinner this week?
What's everyone cooking or eating?!

My three sons!
Re: So, what's for dinner this week?
well my hubby is home ALL WEEK.... so that means I have to cook ALL WEEK. :P

thursday- tilapia and veggies
friday- spaghetti squash casserole
My Cholesterol was "a little high" per some recent bloodwork. Sooooo we are trying to eat more fish and one meatless meal a week. :P
Oh you're a better wife than me, Caron - I wouldn't let DH being home make me cook. LOL
Saturday: DH slow-grilled a pork roast, so BBQ pork for the boys while I worked
Sunday: we went to a party int he afternoon, so DH and I skipped dinner; the boys had mac & cheese and leftover pork
Monday: DH worked late, so I had cereal, the boys had waffles and grapes, and DH had the remaining pork when he got home
Tuesday: Since DH left for work at 2am this morning and I'm exhausted, it's going to be a BLT night
Wednesday: I was asked to help with a huge event tomorrow night, so the boys will probably have frozen pizza
Thursday: I guess I should cook - something with chicken or ground beef, I'm thinking?
Friday: I'm going out with friends, so something easy for the boys
Saturday: I work; whatever the DH decides to make
Sunday: can't think that far ahead yet!
ETA: Wow - this is pathetic!
My three sons!
I have been such a slacker on cooking this summer - I got spoiled being on a 11 day vacation never having to cook...that I just haven't gotten my groove back. (And we've been back a month now!)
