Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Great news!!!
Thanks to all you girls who gave me the support to suck it up when I was complaining about still not getting a promotion. I ended up requesting a formal review with my boss so I could "know what I needed to be doing", intending to just go with the conversation and seeing what he said. I didn't want to risk anything by being too pushy or anything. Well, my boss denied my request for a review this week, saying "maybe next week or the week after...?". He has a lot going on, so I understood.
Well he was actually just trying to stall me while the approval for my promotion went through! He told me today -- and he also included a pretty big (very atypical) cash bonus in the promotion package to help me pay for my classes.
Seriously amazing. I'm so happy!!!!
