Breakfast: Banana & string cheese
Lunch: Forgot to pack a lunch today...so either subway or some other slightly healthy restaurant option.
Dinner: BLTs with turkey bacon
Exercise: Either running after work (at least 2 miles) or going to an ab class at the gym
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese (I know, I'm bad)
Later snack: Grapes and string cheese
Lunch: Ramen (again.. bad.. but I've been craving it for weeks!)
Snack: Special K crackers and a nectarine
Dinner: Out to dinner at Chilis. Probably something horribly unhealthy
Exercise: Elliptical this morning

Lunch: TBD - probably a salad (but I'd rather have fish tacos....)

June 2012 August Siggy Challenge: Favourite Pro Pic (I couldn't choose just one!)
Does anyone set fitness related goals for the day/week/month? For example, I have made it my goal for the week to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Before the wedding I was doing really good at drinking a decent amount of water a day and afterwards I have kind of slacked (good thing is I really haven't been drinking pop or any other high sugar drinks, just haven't drank my water).
I thought if enough people set fitness goals for themselves on whatever regularity we could list those when we set a new one and help keep each other accountable for that as well. Just a thought....
