Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    Lunch: H is taking me out for lunch today :) Probably Mexican!

    Dinner: Speghetti and garlic bread

    Exercise: Jillian Michael's DVD after we show the house

  • Breakfast: Banana & string cheese

    Lunch:  Forgot to pack a lunch today...so either subway or some other slightly healthy restaurant option.

    Dinner: BLTs with turkey bacon

    Exercise: Either running after work (at least 2 miles) or going to an ab class at the gym 

    Anniversary
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal

    Snack: Blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese (I know, I'm bad)

    Later snack: Grapes and string cheese

    Lunch: Ramen (again.. bad.. but I've been craving it for weeks!)

    Snack: Special K crackers and a nectarine

    Dinner: Out to dinner at Chilis. Probably something horribly unhealthy

    Exercise: Elliptical this morning

  • Breakfast: Granola Bar

    Lunch: TBD - probably a salad (but I'd rather have fish tacos....)

    Dinner: TBD - something quick.....probably spaghetti

     Exercise: Does setting up a tent to make sure we have all the pieces count???

  • Does anyone set fitness related goals for the day/week/month?  For example, I have made it my goal for the week to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.  Before the wedding I was doing really good at drinking a decent amount of water a day and afterwards I have kind of slacked (good thing is I really haven't been drinking pop or any other high sugar drinks, just haven't drank my water).  

     I thought if enough people set fitness goals for themselves on whatever regularity we could list those when we set a new one and help keep each other accountable for that as well.  Just a thought....
