How long would you last...
... in a beach house with your in-laws. I thought about this at the beach, because I was with my ILs all week.
Re: How long would you last...
Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
Hmmm, it would depend. FIL and MIL are divorced.
I could easily spend a week with MIL in a beach house, possibly more. This would depend on whether SIL came too as she tags along with her mom for almost everything. She's the one I can't handle for more than a weekend at the lake and that's staying in separate places.
FIL I could spend a few days, three at most. He creeps me out. If he brings his new girlfriend, my DH wouldn't last more than a day or two.
2 hours for MIL. I am not kidding.
FIL/SMIL-1-2 days.
This is me with my own mother! LOL, at least when it comes to vacations. Although when I go visit her I'm usually done and ready to leave within 24 hours.
My MIL barely leaves her house, so we don't have to worry about a vacation with her. I do worry about if she wants to come visit, but so far, she hasn't even attempted, so I am ok with that. When we go home, I ask J if she should stop and visit her. Sometimes we do, and sometimes we don't. If we don't, she doesn't even talk to me, so I just sit there getting more angry.
Michelle are you close with your mom at all? I wonder what it will be like when you have the baby.
