Why is this day so long?!
First I thought it was Friday...what a bummer. We pretty steady today at work but it seems to be DRAGGING! Im going to the melting pot tonight with my bestie so maybe thats adding to the anxiety?!

I couldn't agree more. Today is the longest day EVER. I thought it was Friday, too, this morning. Ugh.
I was supposed to run a 5k tonight, but it got postponed because they are predicting T-storms, and Tornados! Eeks. We don't usually get those here in CT!
SERIOUSLY!! The day started off quickly and now it's just dragging!!
Maybe it's because as of 3pm we have a TORNADO WARNING! I live in New England, we shouldn't have tornado warnings! It's not a big deal (hopefully). But in the event of severe weather I'd rather be at home with my pup than at work
I know!! I expected them when I lived in St. Louis, but we've never had them in CT until the past couple of years!
Longest day ever....
I spent most of my day at the DMV...isn't that a thrill?
Also experienced my first ever brake test...WHAT THE HECK IS THAT? I went to get my car inspected (we just moved up north from VA) and I had to go through an inspection lane in my car. In VA we drop our car off and they do everything for us...
They made me do a brake test which involves me driving full keal at this man who is telling me to drive at him...(I was so afraid I would murder him) and then he yells "Brake!" It took me 4 times to get it right...I had to keep backing up and pulling forward...my god. It was because my Jeep is top heavy--hello IT'S A JEEP...and he could not get the back tires to register.
I felt like an idiot...because my jeep likes to brake up front and not back...it was miserable.
Plus they made me run around and get all this paperwork done...it took over 5 hours and most of those were drive time...STUPID DMV.
Also, I "bought" my car from my parents so I took the title today to make it official. And the lady misread the title and temporarily had me and my father married on the paperwork. Talk about awkward...
