Weekend Plans
Hey just wondering what everyone has planned for the weekend!
We are going to the in-laws cabin on a lake...its about 5 hours away, no electricity, no cell-phones....lots of misquitos. Some of our friends will be up there too so it should be fun!

Sat. night we're going to a dinner theater. I'm actually not that excited about it, but it's a fundraiser for a group H works with so I kinda have to go with him. Then I'll probably spend Sunday cleaning and being semi-lazy. So nothing fun
H is working all weekend, so tomorrow i'm off to go visit my mom. We'll do some shopping, do a little bit of packing, go for supper, then i'll stay over nigiht and come home sometime sunday.
Going out for supper with H tonight, and out for breakfast with some friends and H tomorrow morning before I hit the road and he runs off to work.
Ugh. I hate how the Nest eats my posts all the time.
Long story short:
Pan Mass Challenge is coming up in 8 days, so H has started to live on his bicycle. There's a winefest in town I am tempted to visit.
Sunday afternoon we're going to give Whirlyball (<--clicky!) a shot with my brother and SIL, who got a groupon. After that, everyone is headed to their house for Iron Chef-Summer.
Should be a fun weekend!
Today I was suppsed to go see H on base for a picnic for all the families but it was raining so bad this morning that they cancelled it. I'm so super bummed since I haven't seen H in 2 weeks but he'll be home tomorrow so I guess I can wait until then. The rest of today will be dedicated to cleaning and finishing up some craft projects around the house.
Tomorrow my 5 year old nephew has a T-Ball game so my mom and I are going to Grand Rapids for that in the morning then hubby will be home in the afternoon!!!!! Saturday we'll be keeping each other company
I'm really looking forward to Sunday! Myself, hubby, my broter and his girlfriend are taking a day trip to Mackinac Island. I'm excited for bike riding, eating fudge and enjoying a day on the island!
We're painting!
Well, painting and repainting. H and I tried to do the bathroom several months ago, but it was just a rough room to start with. There's spots where the tape obviously wasn't done as well as it should have been, and we ended up thinking the color we picked was a little too red. So my dad, who has painted pretty much every house he's ever owned, is going to help/teach us so we can make some progress and know how to do it right the next time. Should be fun!

My MOH is getting married next month, and her bachelorette party is this weekend! Myself and 2 friends (also BMs in both our weddings) are taking the train down to Chicago. We're going to her dress fitting, then dinner, a drag show, and out. Should be a lot of fun!
In not so fun news, my H just left for the weekend - he's going back to his hometown to run a race he does every year. I always get so sad when he leaves =[ Although it is stupid, since I'm pretty much going to be gone the entire weekend anyways!
Tonight getting our pix for our passports. Then relaxing together at home.
Tomorrow we have two birthdays to make appearances at so busy busy day tomorrow. And HOT!!!!! I wish we could just go to the lake instead.....

Tomorrow we're driving down to have lunch with my parents and brother. Then, we're going to the mall so H can get a suit jacket tailored.
No plans for Sunday... just being lazy and enjoying the day most likely. I might go out with SIL if the day turns out nice.
