I am beyond excited for the Olympics. I freakin LOVE the Olympics. Summer more than winter too, but I love them all!!! The next few weeks are going to be awesome!!!!
I need coffee. Stat.
Already did 2 of my PT stretches today.... time for some quick strengthening exercises, more stretches, then I can get to work!
I have no desire to work today. I had a really bad work day yesterday and it rattled me, and I'm just not feeling it today. Oh well.
I really really really need to refocus myself - I've spent the past 3 or 4 weeks feeling really scattered. I think my lack of exercise b/c of my knee injury is driving a lot of it - I can't get out there and run and clear my head. But it has to stop! So this weekend I'm hoping to refocus and reorganize and get back to the top of my game!!!

The painters are finally coming to access the damage (peeling/bubbling paint... So much for "lifetime" paint) we've been trying to get fixed for 4 years now. It's taken a change of ownership and lots of patience and reiteration on my part with all the turnaround in the warranty managers over the years. But this guy has his stuff together and is making good on the promises we've heard for years. Yay for meeting obligations!
We had the hill at the rear if our property sprayed with a herbicide earlier this week. It is neat watching all the overgrown weeds and poison ivy shrivelling up. It won't be long before we will be seeing the new groundcover plantings. I can't wait to have an attractive slope back there, instead of what we've been dealing with for years.

I smashed my elbow on the car door yesterday and did actual damage inside. I totally need to win injury/klutz of the year award now please. OY.
I still haven't showered today. Between lots of work and playing online... oops.

I do hotmail for shopping and such and keep gmail for personal use as well. It keeps my gmail account neat ad orderly but I still get my amazon and gap emails.
