My
company is sending me to Hyderabad for a week. Have to find my own
accommodation. Any idea about the hotels in Hyderabad guys?
Re: Hotels in Hyderabad
I'm going to assume you mean Hyderabad, India. Are they paying but you have to find a place? It really depends on what the budget is...there's a huge difference in the types of rooms you'll find in India, especially in cities, based on budget. Go to tripadvisor and search hotels in Hyderabad within your price range. Read comments from the top rated hotel for the last few months, and don't give too much credit to reviews written by someone who has reviewed only one or two things...lots of problems with fake hotel reviews within India particularly on Tripadvisor.
My husband and I find that in the cities, if you go much lower than 1500 Rupees you will be seriously compromising the cleanliness/comfort of a place. When you arrive, make sure to look at the room carefully before you accept, and if you can, try to choose a place that will make a reservation without making you pay in advance.
Good luck!
