I'm up late and figured I'd post this just so it's up. I'll be back to write my answers after I get up for the day.

How did you do this past week? Not great but not bad. We ate pizza a lot this week but I kept snacking down to a minimum and exercised more. I'm down one pound and two percent fat!
What are your goals for the upcoming week? We're going to be busy this week, so I have a feeling we'll be having not so good food. I'm going to really push myself to exercise more this week to compensate.
What are your favorite healthy meals/snacks? I love love love cold fuji apples. They're okay at room temperature, but they're so yummy cold.
What is one thing you'd like to change about yourself (physical or not)? I need to get motivated. I know once I get into a groove and am eating better and exercising more, I'll have more energy and be more motivated. But right now, it's so hard getting started.
What is your favorite thing about yourself (physical or not)? Maybe not my favorite thing, but something I like: Once I get going on something, I'll push myself to finish. Like when we are exercising, even if I feel super tired, I'll make myself finish the workout. It really makes me feel good to get to the end.
