Anniversary ideas that DON'T revolve around food....
Our 6th wedding anniversary is August 4th (whoa). I'd like to celebrate by doing something that DOESN'T revolve around food. Our typical night used to be dinner/drinks and a movie with popcorn/candy. My bestie took me indoor rock climbing a couple of weeks ago and that was pretty fun... just trying to get some ideas if y'all have any
Re: Anniversary ideas that DON'T revolve around food....
Joe and I went go-karting for our first anniversary a couple of years ago. That was fun.
Um...I'll have to wrack my brain for other ideas.
Congrats on the six-year mark!!
We've done bowling and bingo for some of our anniversaries. Bingo is always fun (well it was where we used to live) because it was just fun to people watch. We used to go with friends almost every Friday night. You could also bring in your own drinks.
I would suggest putt-putt golf, but it's way too hot outside right now. Rock climbing sounds really fun!
Yeah, I'm terrible at coming up with anniversary celebrations. I honestly don't even know what we did this year and it wasn't even two months ago. Sex is usually the best I can come up with if you don't want food!
Go play at the chesapeake boathouse. Kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, etc.

Not sure if it's something you'd be into but I think Shakespeare at the park is that weekend at the Myriad Gardens.
This is so cheesy, but I saw it on Pinterest and planned on doing it for our 6th year, which was last week, and I forgot.
Have him wake up to six heart shaped balloons floating above the bed with a note tied to the end of each one that says your favorite memory from each year. Totally corny, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
LOL! Yeah sex is a given.
I love doing cheesy stuff for special occasions. thanks for the idea!
H would love to go to pole position, that's a good idea. He had a blast when he went with the guys.
All of those are good ideas - thanks guys!
