As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Meaningful Monday ~ 7/30/12
After watching Olympic gymnastics, I tried on a leotard, and it didn't look too shabby! I do need to tone up, but I wasn't bulging everywhere like I thought I would be. Now to just get myself back to the gym (for me).
I am so grateful for physical therapy - the myofascial massage/release hurts like absolute hell, but my knee is feeling stronger and stronger so we're getting there!
I'm glad my husband and I were able to talk about the things stressing us out this weekend. Always better to get it out.
I love the Olympics!!!!
I couldn't get enough of my kids wanting to tumble like the gymnasts - So adorable!
