Sugar free, fat free desserts?
My mom just had surgery a little over two weeks ago that has her on a restricted diet. Her birthday is Saturday and I was hoping I could find a sugar free and fat free (is that possible?) dessert to make since she can't have regular cake.
I've looked through pinterest and most recipes are ones we've had before. I was hoping to find something new.

Strawberry shortcake with sugar free angel food cake, sugar free whipped topping, and fresh strawberries.
I don't know if you could do this completely fat free but definitely low fat: Carrot cake with fat free cream cheese icing.
ETA: sorry, I didn't see your update. Banana pudding?You can use the fat free/sugar free pudding or jello to make parfaits. Cool whip makes a fat free version, so you can layer them and add some fruit.
What about sugar free shaved ice?
