Who cooks most often in your home, you or DH? Me, as I get home from work slightly earlier than DH
How often do you cook dinner on the weekends? Not very!
If it's just you for dinner (or just you and LO/LO's) do you cook a meal, or do you get take out/fend for yourself? I still cook, but it's usually something easy like grilled cheese, etc.
How often is a veggie included in your dinner? 99% of the time, at least for DD (even if we get pizza, for example, we still make her an easy veggie to go with it). Plus, I am a vegetarian, so I am always eating veggies (although, DH and DD eat meat)
How long does it take you to cook dinner (average)? 20-30 minutes. Since DH and I both work full time and don't get home until close to 6pm, we generally don't do very elaborate dinners. The only time we do, is when it's something in the crockpot that I put on before leaving in the morning for work.

Who cooks most often in your home, you or DH? I do most often, H sometimes grills or helps with things like making salad or cooking pasta. But I rarely make anything more than fast stir-fry, pasta, veggie burgers, etc. during the week. I cook more in the fall and winter.
How often do you cook dinner on the weekends? We try to limit dinner out to once per week, usually on the weekend.
If it's just you for dinner (or just you and LO/LO's) do you cook a meal, or do you get take out/fend for yourself? 50/50, sometimes I use it as an excuse to get takeout, soemtimes I cook.
How often is a veggie included in your dinner? 95% of the time... if I have a huge salad for lunch and we pick up a pizza for dinner maybe not, otherwise always.

How many nights a week (average) do you/DH cook dinner at home? We eat out 1-2x/week (too often), but "cooking" is debatable. There's a lot of throwing stuff together lately, 'cause I just don't have the energy for more.
Who cooks most often in your home, you or DH? Me. I love the *idea* of E cooking, but in execution, he just drives me nuts with questions. The most common is him: "how long do I cook it for?" me: "until it's done." I don't effing know. Until the chicken is no longer pink, however long that takes.

How often is a veggie included in your dinner? Always, and as many as possible. Last night we had corn on the cob, roasted sweet potatoes, white potatoes and parsnips, two cabbage cole slaw and a Dr. Praeger's veggie pattie. We eat mostly vegetarian at home.
