don't you hate when... & what's for dinner?
Don't you hate when you make something that's really tasty but looks a little odd?
Tonight for dinner I made Italian chicken breasts w/ sauteed Mediterranean squash and sun-dried tomato polenta. It actually came out pretty good for something I kind of made up, except when I added cheese to the polenta it kind of congealed and now looks a little odd... but it tastes yummy! 
So what's everyone else having for dinner tonight?

Haha when making new recipes this happens occasionally, but it is usually so good! Tonight we had one of our favorites:

I'm in the process of making baked mac and cheese (h's favorite) and sausage... fairly simple but yummy.
We make the mac and cheese with cheddar cheese and a pepper jack.. so it gives it a bit of a kick... but the cheddar helps tone it down a bit.. so yummy!
annd some cut up tomatoes and cucumbers
