    I looked at the Living Social one this morning just out of curiosity.  Maybe I am cheap...but $17 for a kids haircut seems so expensive to me.  I pay $6 each for the boys to get their hair cut.

    Please tell me where you take your kids!  Right now DS1 has a mommy did it herself haircut and I'll admit its horrible.  But I'm not spending that much money on a kids cut.  I'm cheap too.  I hate paying more then 20 to get my own hair cut especially when all I need is a trim.

    I think you live out near me, right?   We go to a place in Port Vue - not sure if that's too far.  It's called Designs by Deanna.   You could go straight down 148 and it might be 20 minutes or so drive.  (I think you've said you are in Forest Hills?)   She's really good and very nice.  (My whole family goes there - for a woman's haircut it's $17!)

    Is E2 Toys okay for kiddos in DD's age range? She loves playgrounds and I think she'd have fun, but I worry about her being a little too young for this.

    I am in forest hills.  I would travel for a cheap haircut though!
