Help me order catering
Hi all:
I'm having an open house and inviting around 30 people please help me order catering. Note: We are Italian we don't subscribe to less is more.
Here is our tentative menu:
Appetizers:
Veggie & dip platter
Chips & Dips
Mini hot-dogs
Mozzarella Sticks
Chicken Bites
Buffet:
Salad
Penne Vodka
Chicken Franciese
Wraps/Sandwiches
Now for the question how much of the buffet items should we order?
Here are our options:
Penne Vodka Small 8-10 people, Large thin 12-15 people, Large Deep 18-20 people
Chicken Franciese by the piece..how many pieces?
Wraps/Sandwiches..both? small 2-4 people, medium 8-10 people, large 14-16 people

I want to say just base your number on 30 people...So Large thin Penne, 30 chicken, and 2 large sandwich platter
