"Private" showing question
My husband and I are so happy that we have had a good response to our price drop this week however 3 different realtors will be showing our property within a 1 hour span tomorrow. If they are there at the same time is that weird? None of the agents seemed to mind when we spoke (FSBO listed on MLS). WDYT?

Re: "Private" showing question
As a REA, I love it when appointments are stacked! It definately shows that there are many people after your type of home.
Also, it is more convenient for you to only have to be "show clean" for a smaller amount of time.
I'd be sure to get an open house on the calendar ASAP too! A key to a price drop and getting action is 1) open house 2) change up the primary photo on the listing - highlight a great feature of your home instead of the outside shot.
Good luck!!
when looking for my house last year I went to numerous showings and having more than one person looking at the house. The only thing for the buyer is that you cant really tell your realtor you just do not like this house or that you love it while the others are around so that you dont give it away. The houses that I did see where we had others looking at the house generally did end up with a contract on them shortly after we saw the place if the property was in good condition.
Good Luck on selling your house!
