Signing a Purchase Agreement Today!
We decided on a builder and are going to sign the purchase agreement today! The one major loose end is that our loan person at the bank is out until tomorrow but, it's just a matter of her calling the office and telling them we're approved for the loan amount we need. Fingers crossed everything falls in to place. Below is a picture of the floor plan. The front of the house will look a bit different - Kind of a hybrid of the craftsman and classic elevations.

Congrats! We just finished our new build on 7/13! Be sure to stay in your budget when picking out finishes! It's sooooo easy to say "but this is only a few hundred more" and that 'few hundred' REALLY adds up at the end!!
