Do your LOs have "their song." Like, anytime I hear certain songs I think of DS1 (like "baby mine" from Dumbo or "Somewhere over the rainbow.") and "My child" (plumb) makes me think of DS2.
So - do your kiddos have "their" songs? Want to share what they are?
Re: Moms!
"You Are My Sunshine" makes me think of JJ. My mom used to sing it to me when I was little, and I started singing it to JJ when he was a newborn. It was the only song that would get him to calm down, and he now sings it on his own all the time.
No song for new baby [name will be Devon Alexander] just yet...
There's a lot of songs I listened to during my commute while I was pregnant that I associate with his pregnancy.
This is really funny, but one day when G was super fussy and colicky, probably about 5 weeks old, I was bouncing him on the exercise ball and watching the Today Show. That British boy band with the song Glad You Came performed live and G stopped screaming during their performance. Well, I wasn't going to stop a good thing, so we continued to listen to that song via YouTube and bounce on the ball for the better portion of that day. That's all I think of now when I hear it.
What do you mean that's the wrong side? Tastes great to me!
