Is everyone on vacation this week? It seems quieter than it usually is around this place!
This weekend we are going to take the kids to Idlewild - not sure if we're going Saturday or Sunday. We're all recovering from a summer cold, so we're going to play it by ear.
Otherwise, we're going to have a laid back weekend because after this our weekends are pretty packed until November. The cooler temps should make for a nice weekend!
Have a great weekend!!!
Re: Weekend Plans?
Tonight: probably grab some dinner. I may run to the gym.
Saturday: Nathan's birthday was on Monday so we are having Nathan day. We are going to the Farmer's Market in the Strip then head down to Cabela's so he can get his birthday present. This usually bites me in the arse and I end up spending way more than I wanted to.
Sunday: My sister Kaitlin bought a house, so we will probably stop by there since they want Nathan to install an outside hose. Then he has a side job and I am going to run out to Anthropologie so Kaitlin can look at bedding.
Tonight - nothing much. Probably pizza and I'll watch Say Yes to the Dress.
Saturday - zumba in the morning (I may try the new body pump class...but new classes scare me!) In the afternoon, Noah's friend from school is coming over to play. Walt is going to paint Brody's bedroom...my baby is moving to a big boy bed. (sniff, sniff).
Sunday - going to Cabela's with a friend, her DH and 3 kids.
Looks like it is the weekend to go to Cabela's!
Don't be afraid of new classes, you may love it. That is what happened when I tried TRX.

It has been a really quiet week on here!
Tonight - nothing really. Claire's teething, I'm not feeling well and we all need a good dose of rest at this point.
Tomorrow - we're going to clean out our room and get some things ready to donate to AmVets.
Sunday- hopefully just rest!
It must be a good weekend for Cabela's! The kids love the fish and all of the stuffed animals. Walt loves it because it's a man store. And I love a certain kind of candle that they have, so I guess it makes us all happy.
Thanks for the encouragement on the class. It seems like everyone loves the body pump class - and I checked out the people in the Wed night class (it was after my zumba class) and no one was a "hard body" and looked more like me so that made me feel better! I figure if the "old" ladies can do it, I can, too!
It's my off Friday, and J and I were going to meet friends at Sandcastle to use my buddy passes, but the weather has killed that plan. Instead, lord help me, we're taking the kids to Chuck E Cheese.
This weekend is my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so my sis and her husband are coming up, and we're all spending the weekend together at the lake
I'm in Detroit all next week, so my parents are keeping J at the lake a few extra days to make Steve's life a little easier by having only one child to get ready and put to bed.
We love the Columbus zoo! I hope you get to go soon.
well thanks to the cooler temps, I think there will be less swimming and more swinging. Which is fine with me. tomorrow we are having a couple of EJ's school friends over for a couple hours to play. The rest of the weekend isn't really scheduled with anything else. Maybe just catch up on some house projects and get our to-do list moving again now that I am more mobile. Kev wants to paint the "formal" living room, but we have to cover some under the wall paper mildew stains in the kitchen first with some Kilz before we start another project. (I still argue the mildew stains were more attractive than the wall paper that I tore off without 'permission')
Its national s'mores day people! So im stopping at the grocery store after picking up Harris from daycare to buy some smore stuff and maybe we can grill some pizza and veggies. and watch bad tv. Also do some laundry.
Saturday - clean and chill at home which Im excited about.
Sunday - in the morning we are going to pitt/oakland to walk around and then I have a picnic for my work networking group at schenley, i can only stay for an hour though then its off to Alfred Angelo to watch my BFF try on and buy her wedding dress. Im hoping to bring some champagne. I have to chekc with the store though first.
It has been a crazy week here.... ready for the weekend.
