Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I haven't made the short ribs yet. The cooking time is up there so I need a good Saturday or Sunday to do it and it isn't going to work this weekend but I am going to try it next weekend.
I did, however, try the pioneer woman steak fingers with gravy:

H loved them. I feel like they needed a bit more seasoning.
I am actively looking for a dutch oven. There were several recommendations in my original post and I am going to check those places out.
I will definitely let you know how the short ribs turn out when I make them!
